Tide Point
Sitting on the north side of Baltimore’s inner harbor, Tide Point (a former Proctor and Gamble manufacturing facility) boasts 400,000 square feet of adaptive re-use office space. Josh Neiman, then a development director at SBER, led the team that developed, leased and built the final 100,000 square feet of the project. Tide Point is not just a development – with its waterfront boardwalk and beautiful open spaces, it’s a new Baltimore destination.
